City of London unveils AI-enabled investment platform

InvestConnect will help bridge that gap, unlocking the investment needed to drive growth and support regional development.

As Founding Opportunity Partners, Cornwall Council, the Scottish Government and Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, will play a leading role in shaping the development of the platform and initial investment pipeline, helping ensure that investment opportunities are presented in a way that aligns with investor requirements and supports more efficient capital deployment. Their early commitment reflects the strong appetite from the UK’s nations and regions to work together to create a more connected and internationally competitive investment ecosystem.

The City of London Corporation is continuing to work closely with partners across the UK’s nations and regions to expand participation ahead of launch.

InvestConnect is planned to formally launch in autumn 2026.
