AppyWay and Symology team for smarter kerbs

Smart kerbside and traffic enforcement technology provider, AppyWay, and integrated asset management for highways and infrastructure, Symology, are partnering to help local authorities manage traffic orders and kerbside data with greater visibility and efficiency.

The partnership brings together AppyWay’s expertise in kerbside data and traffic order digitisation with Symology’s Aurora platform, used by authorities across the UK to manage highways, land and property, and street works. 

Joined up approach to traffic orders

For local authorities, the partnership is designed to mean a more coordinated path from traffic order application through to publication and day-to-day management, with fewer gaps between systems and less duplicated effort for teams already stretched thin.

Earlier this month, Appyway announced it has mapped more than 45,000km of kerbside in the UK, creating a legal-grade digital twin of the rules of the road across the UK.
