Serco Middle East and AI and cloud computing company Group G42 will combine resources, capabilities and core competencies to help transform public services across the region.
UAE-based AI and cloud computing company G42 has teamed with public services company, Serco Middle East, to help accelerate the digital transformation of its Middle Eastern government clients.
Under the terms of the memorandum of understanding (MOU), the non-equity agreement will see the companies partner to deliver fully integrated transformation of multi-faceted public services to both existing and new clients.
G42 claims it has the largest and most powerful cloud computing capability in the region and AI-centric cross-industry technological expertise. According to the partners, bringing this technology to Serco’s operations will set new standards in service delivery and excellence across government clients in the sectors of smart cities, transport, aviation, healthcare, and defence.
