Somerset West and Taunton Council submitted a proposal for an e-scooter trial scheme in line with its commitment to climate and environmental responsibility, working towards achieving carbon neutrality by 2030.
The company’s e-scooter model has recently been approved by the UK Department for Transport for use in shared e-scooter trials, in co-operation with local councils, across the UK.
The first phase of Project Cygnus will deploy €1m in EIT Climate-KIC funding to analyse current economic and environmental investment trends to support regions and countries in their recovery.
