Mark-Emil Talivere

Mark-Emil supports the development and piloting of new solutions at the City of Tallinn. He is focussed on finding the right people in the city organisation for implementing pilots and assessing their usefulness.  He also works to find suitable locations for implementing pilots from the urban environment and streets. He makes a point of helping resident engagement and supporting communication and visibility of the pilots and ensures a collaborative meeting space and networking to deliver the optimum outcomes.
