		Stephen Richardson Senior Impact Director World Green Building Council   Stephen is a building services engineer and has worked in consultancy, local government and industrial research. He has expertise in energy and carbon reduction in buildings.   He is Director of the Europe Regional Network, coordinating the work and collaboration of 20+ Green Building Councils and eight regional partners.   He is also World Green Building Council’s (WorldGBC) representative in the EU Sustainable Finance Platform, helping lead the development of the EU’s Green Taxonomy.   Previously, Stephen was WorldGBC’s Head of Projects and led the Europe Network’s Energy Efficient Mortgages project. This ground breaking EU funded project has launched a pilot with 60+ of Europe’s largest banks.
		Harry Verhaar Head of Global Public & Government Affairs Signify   Harry Verhaar has over 30 years of experience in the lighting industry and is Head of Global Public & Government Affairs and Vice-President at Signify. He is responsible for the strategy, outreach and stakeholder management on energy & climate change, resource efficiency and sustainable development, with a key focus on the role of the LED lighting revolution. He is also the chairman of the Signify Foundation.
