Infrastructure Client Group

As Head of Programmes for the Infrastructure Client Group (ICG), I bring together the most progressive infrastructure clients, industry leaders, Government representatives and the wider built environment ecosystem in the UK, to share best practice in order to accelerate change and improve the performance of infrastructure. ICG leads the Construction Leadership Council Infrastructure Industry Working Group to amplify its impact across the wider industry.

My areas of focus are: a systems approach to managing the built environment; Project 13, the outcome-focused, collaborative delivery model; digital transformation (including smart infrastructure, digital delivery, connected digital twins, data and information); carbon reduction, circular economy & biodiversity and equality, diversity & inclusion – in the knowledge that it is the combination of these things that will bring about change.
