The funding will be administered through the Mayor’s Fund for Las Vegas Life, an established 501(c)(3) nonprofit that enables corporate and philanthropic partners to support city-aligned initiatives through a transparent, accountable, and tax-deductible structure. The fund operates independently of the City of Las Vegas and is designed to facilitate public-private partnerships that deliver measurable community impact.

The fund, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, operates independent of the City of Las Vegas and creates opportunities for public-private partnerships as well as donations of cash, time and in-kind goods and services. Guided by a diverse group of community leaders, the fund targets specific community needs in four primary areas: liveability, innovation future, and education.
